An order is considered accepted only after payment approval and final artwork approval when applicable.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Pricing does not include:

Shipping charges
Sales tax
Setup charges
Artwork preparation fees
Special packaging fees

Additional charges may apply depending on product specifications and customization requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

PayPal
Bank Transfers
Approved Business Accounts

Failure to make payment may result in order delays or cancellation.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs carefully before approval.

Once artwork has been approved, Max Print Promos is not responsible for errors including:

Spelling mistakes
Typographical errors
Incorrect phone numbers
Incorrect addresses
Design placement issues approved by the customer

Production will begin only after final artwork approval has been received.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce such content.

You agree to indemnify and hold Max Print Promos harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials.

Product Colors and Printing Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, manufacturing processes, and printing methods, actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.

Minor variations in:

Color
Print placement
Product dimensions
Material texture

are considered acceptable industry standards and do not qualify as defects.

Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Max Print Promos shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Customs inspections
Force majeure events
Customer approval delays

Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of required event dates.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or re-routing requests may be charged to the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

Because most products are custom-made and personalized, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order cancellations may be accepted only before production begins.

If cancellation is approved after artwork preparation or setup work has started, applicable charges may be deducted from any refund.

Claims and Defective Products

Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt.

Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Photographs of the products
Photographs of packaging materials
Description of the issue

Failure to report issues within the specified period may result in denial of the claim.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Max Print Promos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
